Our company was established in Istanbul in 2007 to manufacture air conditioning and ventilation systems. It has left behind 11 years full of groundbreaking innovations in its field. In the first years of our establishment, we continued our studies on R&D and high performance products. After completing the design and market researches, we entered the manufacturing process with a strong staff. In the first years, we continued our way by manufacturing heat recovery systems and air handling units. In 2011, taking advantage of the incentive programs implemented by the Ministry of Economy, we allocated a 19.700 m2 factory land from the Organized Industrial Zone in the district of Tavşanlı, Kütahya, and started the construction activities of our own factory. In July 2012, we started manufacturing our machinery and equipment quickly to move to our new factory.
Our factory. It consists of 15.700 m2 closed and 6.000 m2 open stacking and storage area. Our manufacturing process is 2.500 m2 cut, twist dye and preperation hall, 2.500 m2 assembly hall of profile cased devices such as air handling unit cell aspirators, 2.500 m2 rooftop air conditioners pool dehumidification units assembly hall (band system is used in this hall). 2.000 m2 semi-finished warehouse section, 300 m2 electronic and automation systems manufacturing section, 200 m2 maintenance room, 2.500 m2 evaporator and condenser manufacturing hall, 980 m2 raw material warehouse and 1.600 m2 office and social areas.
Our machinery and equipment are 2 pieces of 2017 model CNC turret punch, 3 pieces of 2016 CNC press brake bending machine, 1 piece of 2015 model CNC plasma cutting, 1 piece of 2012 model 7 axis cnc pipe bending machine, 1 piece of 2017 model tunnel paint furnace with a conveyor, 2 pieces of 2016 model balancing machine, 1 piece of 2018 model unrolling and cutting bench, fin press and battery production line and test room.
The electronic cards, software and automation systems of all the devices we manufacture are made entirely within our own structure. Atmospheric natural gas burners used in natural gas appliances are also among our productions. All copper pipes used in cooling systems are manufactured with high performance by bending in a cnc machine.
Various computer programs are used in the design and manufacturing departments. Solid Works and Metalix programs are used in the airsoft air handling unit selection program manufacturing section in device designs.
Our company has ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certificate in the quality management system, TSEK, CE, EUROVENT, GOST certificates as well as GAZMER registration certificate as product quality certificates.
Our factory has the capacity to produce 300 roof top air conditioners, 960 air handling units and profile cased devices, and approximately 2000 heat recovery units annually.
The main product in our factory is rooftop air conditioners that we manufacture in a capacity range of 25 to 250 kW. Rooftop air conditioners are produced in different versions as natural gas, free cooling, heat pump, heat recovery and hot water coils. In addition, we manufacture pool dehumidification units with a capacity range of 2,500 to 25,000 m3, air handling units up to 100,000 m3, heat recovery units up to 1,000 to 5,000 m3.
We continue our sales and marketing activities with our sales and marketing team located in Kütahya head office, Istanbul, Ankara and adana regions. We continue our activities with a total of 150 personnel.
The devices produced by our factory are used in many prestigious projects in Turkey and abroad. We are proud of being a proven brand, especially in public sector and private projects.
We export to countries such as Germany, Belgium, Holland, Macedonia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Qatar, Northern Cyprus, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia.
Our goals are to increase our domestic and international sales more, to contribute to the development of our country by providing more employment and to make Izoterm Air Conditioning Systems a world brand.
